SPAY/NEUTER CLINIC The HSSLC provides a place for low-cost spay and neuter surgeries twice a month. The Shelter Outreach Services of Ohio (SOS Ohio) is a group of veterinary professionals that work with animal welfare groups to create spay/neuter programs that serve both homeless animals and pets from low-income families. Call the Humane Society at (937)593-4277 for more information or to get on the schedule. We will do our best to answer questions regarding fees for surgery, vaccines, and various other procedures.
